What is The Boy Box?

Curated clothing sets and accessories geared towards boys 3 months -5T delivered right to your doorstep!  Shop our Box Shop or subscribe to one of our awesome monthly subscriptions. 

How does the subscription work?

Each month you receive 2-3 trendy items OR one Bibdana + Bat set. The patterns and styles will change each month and will be perfect for the season. You may view our past boxes here. Signing up is a breeze, just create an account here and our team will get to work styling your babe's new look. Once you've subscribed, check out our online Box Shop

How does sizing work? 

Our sizing runs slightly on the larger side. When choosing a size please consider if you would like a more modern, fitted look or  room to grow.  Our items are made with super soft and STRETCHY cotton knit, allowing for longer wear of the items as your child grows. You may update your sizing anytime by logging into your account here.  Please keep in my all changes must be made to your account before billing on the 5th of each month.

Can I make purchases without subscribing? 

Yes. You may purchase our curated clothing sets available in our Box Shop here.  These sets are one time, non subscription items.  

What is the Box Shop?

The Box Shop contains hand selected, fashion forward items that are seasonally appropriate for your child. Each box is designed to contain a complete ensemble or apparel that can easily be paired with staples from your own closet. These boxes are not subscription products but are one time purchases that do not renew. You do not need to be a subscriber to shop The Box Shop. 

Is The Boy Box for boys only? 

Absolutely not! In fact, many of our items are gender neutral. We would love to see your little ladies in our items too!

When will my credit card be charged? 

Your credit card is charged the day you sign up and on the 5th of every month after that. Note: If you sign up between the 1st - 4th your card will not be charged again on the 5th but will start on the 5th of the next month.

How do I update my credit card information on file? 

Log into your account here and select "edit" under Credit Cards, and update your card information.

How often will I receive items? 

With a our subscription you will receive one shipment each month.  Our one time purchase items are always available in our Box Shop.  

Can I cancel my subscription? 

Yes, if you no longer want to receive a monthly subscription you can login to your account and you can cancel your subscription. If you cancel after the 4th of the month you will still receive one more shipment (that you will have already paid for).  

Can I skip a month of my subscription? 

Yes. If you would like to skip a delivery for any reason please log into your account here to manage your subscription. This must be done before the 4th of the month or you will still receive your subscription.  

When can I expect my Subscription to arrive? 

Our subscriptions ship between the 24th-28th of each month. 

Can I track my package? 

Yes, all packages will ship USPS and you will receive a tracking number as soon as they ship.  Please note we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged by USPS in transit. 

How can I update my shipping address? 

Login to your account and you can update your information. You need to update your shipping address by the 4th of the month to ensure your subscription is delivered to the correct address.  

Where do you ship? 

Currently we ship to the US, APO and Canada. We are a US based company. Please note that the international buyer is responsible for any custom or import taxes that may apply. The Boy Box is not responsible for delays due to customs. Please email us at info@theboybox.com if you would like to see us deliver to your region. 

How much does shipping cost? 

Bib Subscriptions within the US ship for a flat rate of $2.99 and arrive in a teal poly mailer. The shipping cost for both our Clothing Subscription and The Box Shop is a flat rate of $3.99. These orders arrive in one of our darling teal boxes! They are secured with shrink wrap, not tape, to preserve the integrity your items and the box for gifting. Every order (not set) is shipped in one box, should you want each clothing set to ship in its own box or would just like an additional box, you may add them to your purchase for $4.00 here. All Canadian Clothing Subscriptions and Box Shop orders are a flat rate of $14.99. Bib Subscriptions $8.99.

Can I make a return?

We are sorry to hear you are not satisfied with your box! Boxes purchased in our Box Shop may be returned. The purchaser is responsible for all return shipping charges. The box must be returned with ALL included items in unworn condition, tags attached. Returns must be post marked within 4 business days of reception. Please email us at info@theboybox.com if you would like to make a return. Unlike other kids "boxes," we are not an at home shopping experience where you keep what you like return what you don't. The Boy Box is a true subscription service allowing for deep discounts. As with the majority of subscription companies, we do not accept any returns or exchanges on subscription services. All sales are final once they have charged, even if your order has not shipped just yet. 

Can I purchase a subscription as a gift? 

 Give the gift that keeps on giving! Gift a Mom (or baby) our monthly bibdana + hat sets. You may gift one, three or six months of bibdanas. Shop our Box Shop for gift cards and clothing sets. Be sure to click "this is a gift" at checkout to add a gift message that will be mailed to the recipient with their subscription or apparel.  Gift subscriptions are pre-paid and will not auto-renew once complete.

I have a promo code how do I use it?
